After completing the Diploma of Hospitality Management you can find employment in the hotel, resorts, day spas and wineries around the world.
* The diploma has been structured to take 18 months, instead of 2 years

Academic Information:
The diploma takes 18 months to complete and consists of four academic terms and a six-month internship. There are four specialization papers in total, with one paper completed in each academic term.
Academic terms one and two provides introduction to the principles and practice of hotel and restaurant operations. There is training in the school's demonstration suite, and real-life training in the kitchen, restaurant and front office facilities of Novotel Gardens Hotel.
Academic terms three and four focus on hotel and restaurant management.
During the internship, you will complete 40 hours of paid work each week in Queenstown hotel or resort. If you prefer you can arrange to do your international internship elsewhere in New Zealand or overseas with prior approval from the Internship Manager.
